ZOTAC GeForce 9800 GTX+ ZONE Edition este echipata cu un sistem de racire pe apa, rezervorul si pompa fiind atasate sub carcasa placii in sine. Placa dispune de frecventele de functionare de 738MHz / 1836MHz / 2200MHz (nucleu / shadere / memorii), este echipata cu 512MB GDDR3 si, ca orice alt chipset G92, detine 128 de procesoare de shader.
