Deci "DA!", Corsair a lansat noul mega USB stick de 64GB, completand seria USB Flash Voyager. Noul Corsair 64GB USB Flash Voyager este rezistent la socuri dar si la apa multumita carcasei sale din "cauciuc" (sau ce mama dracu' de imitatie din plastic o fi).
Corsair 64GB USB Flash Voyager ajunge astfel primul USB stick de pe piata cu o astfel de capacitate. Si cum tot ce e nou si "impresionant" are un pret, cei de la Corsair au considerat ca acest gadget trebuie pretuit ... "numai" 250$ (in SUA), echivalentul a 625RON. Ar fi bine ca acest pret sa fie valabil si pentru Romania, dar fiindca Corsair 32GB USB Flash Voyager costa 347RON, mi-e greu sa cred ca modelul de 64GB va fi disponibil sub 700RON (recte cu adaos de minim 14%).
Ca sa si inchei, va voi readuce aminte strategia de marketing care tine de ani buni in ceea ce priveste dispozitivele de stocare (stick-uri USB, HDD-uri, CD-uri, etc.): 1GB=1.000.000.000 Bytes! Sa va dau o mana de ajutor ... cei 64GB pretinsi a fi capacitatea stick-ului se rezuma la 59GB spatiu real de stocare!!!
De banii aia mai bine va luati un HDD extern Western Digital Passport Essential 320 GB si veti castiga si spatiu si bani ... parerea mea!
